Wednesdays from 11 A. M. to 12 noon, Tuesdays, Thursdays,
and Fridays from 10 A. M. to 4 P. M., and on Saturdays
from 10 A. M. to 12 o'clock noon, each day.

The Trial Magistrate at Ferndale shall sit on Mondays and
Thursdavs from 10 A. M. to 4 P. M., on Wednesdays from
11 A. M. to 4 P. M., on Saturdays from 10 A. M. to 12 o'clock
noon, and on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 P. M. to 9 P. M.,
each day.

The Trial Magistrates at Galesville and in the first precinct
of the Third Flection District shall sit on Mondays and
Fridays from 10 A. M. to 12 o'clock noon, on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 P. M. to 9 P. M., and on
Saturdays from 11 A. M. to 12 o'clock noon, each day.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to he an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths
of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 254.
(House Bill 321)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
3 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Election Officials",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 934 of the Acts of
1945, increasing the compensation of the Supervisors of
Elections of Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 3 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Elec-
tion Officials'', as said section was enacted by Chapter 934 of
the Acts of 1945, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

3. Each Supervisor of Elections appointed under Section
1 (a) or Section 1 (c) of this Article shall receive an annual
salary as follows: In Allegany County, $480; in Anne Arun-
del County, $500: in Baltimore City, $2,900: in Balti-
