formerly planted at the south-west corner of the Reformed
Church Cemetery Lot and running thence, (1) South
thirty-nine and one-fourth degrees East, twenty-three hun-
dred and forty-four feet to the middle of the Pennsylvania
Railroad right of way and in line with the southwest
edge of the south abutment of the coal trestle on the west
side of the main track of the railroad; thence, (2) South
seventy-one degrees East, nine hundred ninety-five feet
to a post on the east side of the Taneytown and Uniontown
Road; thence, (3) South fifty-nine degrees East, three
hundred fifty-six feet to the southwest corner of an alley;
thence along the south edge of the alley so as to include
the same, (4) South fifty-two degrees East, three thou-
sand four hundred forty-nine feet to a stake now driven
on the west edge of a proposed street; thence, (5) North
thirty-eight degrees East, five hundred ninety-seven feet
to a point in Janet Smith's field and crossing the middle
of the Westminster State Road at the end of two hundred
sixty-seven feet thereon; thence, (6) North fifty-two de-
grees West, one thousand six hundred seventy-six feet
to a point two hundred fifty feet short of the north end
of Baumgardner Avenue; thence, (7) North thirty-eight
degrees East, seven hundred fifty-nine and five-tenths feet
to a monument to be planted on the south edge of the
Robert's Mill Road; thence along the said edge of the
road, (8) North sixty-eight degrees West, two hundred
sixty-three feet to a stake; thence crossing and leaving
the road, (9) North forty-nine and one-half degrees West,
one thousand two hundred forty-five feet to a concrete
monument formerly planted; thence along a boundary line
of Hubert Null's land, (10) North one and one-half de-
grees East, one thousand twenty-four and nine-tenth feet
to a stake; thence, (11) North twenty-eight and three-
eighth degrees West, one thousand one hundred fifty-four
feet to the north west edge of York Street; thence along
the said edge of the Street, (12) North sixty-two degrees
East, three hundred twenty-one and five-tenth feet to the
north-east edge of Reaver's Addition to Tanyetown; thence
along the said Addition, (13) North thirty-three and one-
eighth degrees West, one thousand four hundred ninety-
one feet to the middle of Piney Creek and opposite the
mouth of a branch; thence, (14) South forty-five and
one-half degrees West, five hundred twenty-seven and five-
tenth feet to a concrete monument formerly planted; (15)
South forty-four degrees West, nine hundred forty-five feet
to an iron pipe formerly driven on the north-west edge of
the Pumping Station Road; thence (16) North sixty-one
and one-half degrees West, one thousand six hundred
