all rules and regulations pertaining thereto are complied
with by the applicant. Where a Building Inspector
finds that such rules and regulations are being violated,
he will report the matter with full particulars to the County
Commissioners for appropriate action.

175C. The County Commissioners shall keep a minute
book or books setting forth such building regulations
passed by it, which shall be legal and binding upon the
applicants for building permits. Copies of such regula-
tions as may be passed from time to time will be furnished
by the County Commissioners to the Building Inspectors
and to applicants for permits.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

(Senate Bill 198)

AN ACT to repeal Section 406 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Taneytown", and to enact
in lieu thereof a new section to be known as Section 406
of said Article, relating to the corporate limits of
Taneytown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 406 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "Taneytown", be and it is hereby repealed, and
that a new section to be known as Section 406 of said
Article, be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to read
as follows:

406. The taxable and corporate limits of "The Mayor
and City Council of Taneytown" shall include all the land
and territory within the following metes and bounds,
courses and distances, which shall constitute and be the
boundary lines of the municipality of The Mayor and
City Council of Taneytown, according to the survey there-
of by magnetic bearings and surface measurements taken
on January 25, 1947, that is to say: Beginning at a stone
