next annual levy shall levy the said tax not in excess of ten
cents (10(0 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assess-
able real and personal property within the said Third and
Eleventh Election Districts, which said tax shall be levied,
collected, have the same priority rights, bear the same inter-
est and penalties, and in every respect be treated the same
as County taxes, but not to exceed the rate hereinabove pro-
vided.

335C. The taxes so levied for the ensuing year shall be
collected by the tax collecting authorities of the said County
and every sixty (60) days they shall remit the whole amount
of the taxes so collected to the Treasurer of the said Upper
Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., or its
successor or successors, upon the said Treasurer giving a cor-
porate bond to the said Board of County Commissioners satis-
factory to, and approved by the said Board of County Commis-
sioners, conditioned upon the faithful discharge of the duties of
the said Treasurer. From the money so received the Treasurer
of the said Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire De-
partment, Inc., its successor or successors shall upon ap-
proval of the Fire Board, hereinafter created, pay all proper
costs, expenses, claims and demands and such principal and
interest or any encumbrances on real estate or equipment
owned by the said Upper Montgomery County Volunteer
Fire Department, Inc., as may be due, that are necessary
properly to maintain and operate the said Upper Montgomery
County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. Should the tax so
collected in any one year be inadequate to defray the said costs,
expenses, claims and demands, such deficiency shall be added
to the amount required for the next ensuing year and be
levied and collected in the next year's taxes, provided the
rate shall not be in excess of that hereinabove mentioned.

335D. There is hereby created a Fire Board to manage the
finances of the said Upper Montgomery County Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc., and to exercise such other authority as is
vested in it by law. The Board of Trustees of the Upper
Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and
their successors shall constitute the said Fire Board.

335E. Whenever the said Fire Board of the Upper Mont-
gomery County Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., herein
created, shall certify to the Board of County Commissioners
of Montgomery County, that it is necessary and feasible to
expend money for the construction and equipment of a Fire
Department building for the said Upper Montgomery County
Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and/or to acquire addi-
