County", sub-title "Pocomoke City", said new sections to
follow immediately after Section 191 and to be designated
Sections 191A, 191B, 191C, 191D, 191E, 191P and 191G of said
Article, and to read respectively as follows:

191A. That there is hereby added to the territory of Poco-
moke City two (2) tracts or parcels of land adjoining the
boundaries of the Town of Pocomoke City as they existed prior
to the passage of this Act, the said two tracts or parcels of
land being particularly described as follows:

FIRST : Beginning at a cement bounder placed at the end of
the sixteenth line of the corporate limits of Pocomoke City
as they existed prior to the passage of this Act, said bounder
being also at the East corner of said existing limits, thence
with the said sixteenth line reversed North forty (40) degrees
ten (10) minutes West five hundred and twenty-eight (528)
feet, more or less, to the Northwest property line of I. Bates
Pilchard; thence North fifty-two (52) degrees thirty (30)
minutes East four hundred and ninety and forty-two one-
hundredths (490.42) feet with the said Pilchard line to a
corner; thence South forty (40) degrees forty-four (44) min-
utes East five hundred and twenty-eight (528) feet, more or
less, to the intersection of existing ditches at the Northwest
end of a tile underdrain by the Northwest side of a twenty-
five (25) foot private road; thence South forty (40) degrees
forty-four (44) minutes East seven hundred, eighty-eight and
one-tenth (788.1) feet with an existing open ditch to the end
thereof, thence South forty (40) degrees forty-four (44). min-
utes East five hundred and thirty (530) feet to intersect the
Northwest side of the State road, same being U. S. Route 113,
at a point of curve; thence with the Northwest side of the
said State road and binding thereon and with a curve toward
the West eight hundred and fifty-eight (858) feet to intersect
the Northeast side of Market Street Extended at a point
thirty (30) feet Northwest from and measured at a perpen-
dicular to the apparent center line of the said State stone
road; thence diagonally across Market Street Extended South
twenty-five (25) degrees twenty (20) minutes West forty-three
and fifty-six one-hundredths (43.56) feet to the intersection
of the Southwest side of Market Street Extended with the
Southeast side of the old macadam road to the Virginia Line;
thence with the Southeast side of the said old road and with
an existing ditch a part of the way South thirty-eight (38)
degrees forty (40) minutes West six hundred and eighty
(680) feet, more or less, to intersect the Northeast side of
Cedar Street; thence North forty-one (41) degrees thirty-five
(35) minutes West eighteen hundred and twenty (1820) feet,
