605B. (a) In the 6th Election District the proceeds of said
tax shall be divided and paid by the County Commissioners
every 90 days in equal shares to the respective Treasurers
of (1) The Boulevard Heights Volunteer Fire Department,
Inc., (2) The Forestville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.,
(3) The District Heights Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.,
and (4) The Morningside Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.

(b) In the 12th Election District the proceeds of said tax
shall be paid by the County Commissioners semi-annually to
the Oxen Hill Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.

(c) In the 18th Election District the proceeds of said tax
shall be divided and paid by the County Commissioners every
90 days in equal shares to the respective Treasurers of (1)
The Seat Pleasant Fire and Community Welfare Association,
Inc., (2) The Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department,
Inc., and (3) The Hillside Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.

(d) In the 20th Election District the proceeds of said tax
shall be paid by the County Commissions every 90 days to the
Treasurer of the Volunteer Fire Department of West Lanham
Hills, Maryland, Inc.

605C. The funds received by each of said fire companies
shall be used for the purpose of purchasing, repairing, replac-
ing, operating and maintaining its fire fighting equipment
and apparatus and the housing of the same, provided, how-
ever, that no payment or disbursement of any of said funds
shall be made by any such fire company or the Treasurer
thereof without the approval of its Board of Directors. The
amount and type of equipment of said fire company shall
conform to the standards prescribed by the Prince George's
County Volunteer Fire Association and no resolution, regula-
tion or by-law shall be passed by said fire company limiting
or restricting the territory within said election district within
which it will respond to emergency or fire calls.

605D. In the event said fire company ceases to be an ac-
tive fire fighting organization, or if the funds provided for
herein are not used for the purposes set forth in this section,
or if restrictive rules or regulations are adopted by said
company with respect to the area within which it will re-
spond to emergency or fire calls, then, and in any of said
events, the said County Commissioners shall cease to levy
the said fire tax.

605E. Each such Volunteer Fire Department, shall give
bond to the County Commissioners of Prince Georges County
