Campbell to Pumphrey, thence in a westerly direction with
the northerly boundary of the said conveyance to the east
side of Mayhew Road, thence in a generally northwesterly
direction with the east side of Mayhew Road to the south
taking line of the Military Highway between the District of
Columbia and Andrews Field, Maryland, also known as the
Suitland Parkway, thence in a generally easterly direction
with the said south taking line of the said Military Highway
to a point east of, at right angles to and 200 feet distant from
the east side of Stewart Road, thence in a generally northerly
direction east of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the east
side of Stewart Road to the existing boundary of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District, thence with the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to
the southwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by S. Mar-
vin Peach, Trustee, to William Addison Hitt as recorded
among the Land Records of Prince George's County in Liber
147 at Folio 239, thence with the westerly boundary of said
conveyance to William Addison Hitt to the existing bound-
ary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence
with the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District to the point of beginning; excepting, how-
ever, from the above described area the properties of Russell
Grimes, Eugene Grimes, Joseph Komanda, John T. Fisher, Jr.,
Colonel James M. Clow, Theodora F. Valentine and William
E. Miller, located on or near the Ernshaw or Brinkley Road.
Said additional areas shall be subject to all of the rules
and regulations of the Commission and all of the provisions
of law relating to said Sanitary District, including taxes,
assessments and benefit charges levied in all other parts of
the Sanitary District; provided, however, that the Commis-
sion shall not levy any ad valorem tax or any front foot benefit
tax, assessment or other charge within any of said additional
areas until such time as the construction of a water or sewer
system within any one of such additional areas shall be
actually commenced or an existing water or sewer system
shall be extended to such area.
The Commission may, whenever it deems it advisable, con-
struct a water or sewer system or systems in any of the
additional areas described above, and any such water or
sewer system or any extension thereof shall be taken and
considered as part of the Commission's general system and
subject to all of the rules, regulations, assessments and bene-
fits affecting the same as part of the territory of the Sani-
tary District for the purpose of direct tax or any or all of
the provisions of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1918 and any
amendments thereof; provided, however, that the Commis-
