(House Bill 547)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
D of Section 4 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement), title "Al-
coholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer Licenses", as said sub-
section was amended by Chapter 203 of the Acts of 1945;
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub section D
of Section 6 of said Article, sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liq-
our License", as said sub-section was amended by Chap-
ters 202, 482 and 484 of the Acts of 1945; and to add a new
section to said Article, said new section to be known as
Section 6 1/4 and to follow immediately after Section 6 of
said Article and sub-title; and to add a new sub-section to
Section 60 of said Article, sub-title "Boards of License Com-
missioners", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
(aa) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (a) of said
Section 60, creating a Board of Liquor License Commission-
ers for St. Mary's County and relating to the issuance of Class
D Beer and Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses in St. Mary's
County and prescribing the fees and regulating the exercise
of such licenses; and repealing Section 126 of Article
19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "St. Mary's County", sub-title "Liquors and
Intoxicating Drinks", as said section was amended by Chap-
ter 549 of the Acts of 1937.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 126 of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title St. Mary's
County", sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", as said
section was amended by Chapter 549 of the Acts of 1937, be
and it is hereby repealed, and that Sub-section D of Section
4 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition and 1943 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Beer Licenses", as said sub-section was amended
by Chapter 203 of the Acts of 1945, and Sub-section D of Sec-
tion 6 of said Article, sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Li-
cense", as said sub-section was amended by Chapters 202,
482 and 484 of the Acts of 1945, be and they are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that a new sec-
tion be and it is hereby added to said Article, said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 6 1/4 and to follow immediately
after Section 6 of said Article and sub-title, and that a new
sub-section be and it is hereby added to Section 60 of said
Article, sub-title "Boards of License Commissioners", said new
