shall be made at the sittings above provided in April shall
be used at the primary election to be held in the said year
1948 as the sole list of voters who may be entitled to vote at
said primary. Each Board of Registry shall also sit for said
new registration at the place designated on Monday and Tues-
day, September 13th and 14th, and Monday, September 27th,
1948, in addition to the days prescribed by said Section 15
prior to the general election in November, 1948. The regis-
tration of voters made under the provisions of this section
shall supersede and thereafter be used in the place of the
present registration of voters in Baltimore County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 784.
(House Bill 546)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Chapter
21 of the Acts of 1836, as amended by Chapter 995 of the
Acts of 1945, relating to the number and appointment of
the Trustees of Charlotte Hall School, and restoring the
law as it stood prior to 1945.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1836, as amended by
Chapter 995 of the Acts of 1945, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

It shall and may be lawful for the Trustee of Charlotte
Hall School, now appointed and in office according to the
original Act creating and organizing the same at their next
quarterly meeting, after the passage of this Act, or whenever
thereafter they may deem expedient, to appoint six additional
Trustees to said school; that is to say, three from St.
Mary's, and three from Charles Counties, making in the
whole the number of twenty trustees from said counties;
which additional trustees, when so appointed, shall with those
now in office, compose one board, and be entitled to equal
privilege, power and authority, as if the whole were orginally
constituted under the Act establishing said institution.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
