SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTEE 18.
(House Bill 32)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 66 1/2 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Motor
Vehicles", sub-title "Administration—Registration—Titling",
said new section to be known as Section 31A and to
follow immediately after Section 31 of said Article, re-
quiring reports of certain deaths to be made to the De-
partment of Motor Vehicles.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement),
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Administration—Registra-
tion—Titling", said new section to be known as Section 31A,.
to follow immediately after Section 31 of said Article, and
to read as follows:
31 A. (Reports of Deaths.) The Commissioner of Health
of Baltimore City and the Health Officers of the several
counties shall file with the Department of Motor Vehicles,
a copy of the list of the names and residence addresses of
all persons over twenty-one years of age reported deceased
which they are required by Section 28 of Article 33 to file
with the Supervisors of Elections, the copy of said names
to be filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles at the
same time it is filed with the Supervisors of Elections.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That" this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1947.
