to the place of beginning.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Town of Spring-
dale shall be divided into three (3) districts as follows:

The first district shall be known as the Avondale District
and shall be and consist of all that portion of the Town lying
within the following bounds: Beginning on the boundary
of the Town on the District of Columbia line at the center
of Sargent Road and running thence northerly along the
center line of Sargent Road to the center line of Chillum
Road; thence southeasterly with the center line of Chillum
Road to the southerly line of Queens Chapel Road, the boun-
dary line of the Town; thence southwesterly with the boun-
dary lines of the Town and continuing with the same to the
place of beginning.

The Second District shall be known as the Green Meadows
District and shall be and consist of all that portion of the
Town lying within the following bounds: Beginning on the
southerly boundary of the Town at the center line of Chillum
Road and running thence northwesterly with the center line
of Chillum Road to the prolongation of the easterly line of
the John R. McChesney property; thence northerly with said
prolongation and said easterly line and with the easterly
line of the Charles W. Miller property to the southwesterly
line of the Stephen A. Miller property; thence southeasterly
along said line and along the southerly and easterly lines
of said Stephen A. Miller property to the northwesterly line
of the J. Norman Ager property; thence northeasterly with
said line of the Ager property to the center line of Sligo
Branch; thence northerly with the center line of Sligo
Branch to the northern boundary of the Town; thence north-
easterly with the boundary of the Town and continuing with
the easterly boundary lines of the Town to the place of
beginning.

The Third District shall be known as the Chillum District
and shall be and consist of all that portion of the Town
lying within the following bounds: Beginning on the north-
ern boundary line of the Town at the center line of Sligo
Branch and running southerly with said center line of Sligo
Branch to the northwesterly line of the J. Norman Ager
property; thence southwesterly with said line of the Ager
property to the easterly line of the Stephen A. Miller prop-
erty ; thence southerly and westerly along the southerly lines
of said Stephen A. Miller property to the easterly line of the
Charles W. Miller property; thence southerly with said latter
line and with the easterly line of the John R. McChesney
