Thomas R. Gude property; thence northeasterly with the
northwestern line of the Gude property and with the boun-
dary of the subdivision known as Chillum Manor and follow-
ing the northerly boundaries of said Chillum Manor sub-
division to the southwestern line of the John A. Gude prop-
erty; thence northwesterly and continuing with the north-
erly lines of said John A. Gude property to the northerly
line of the Charles A. Harbaugh property: thence easterly
and southerly with the lines of said Harbaugh property
to a point 200 feet from the northern right-of-way line
of Riggs Road; thence northeasterly along a line parallel
to and 200 feet northerly and northwesterly from said
right-of-way line of Riggs Road and continuing with the
same across the East-West Highway northerly parallel
to and 200 feet westerly from the western right-
of-way line of Riggs Road to a point on the prolongation
of the northern line of the property of Sidney Lust; thence
with said prolongation across Riggs Road and with said
northern line of the property of Sidney Lust and along the
eastern lines of said Lust property following Old Ager Road
to the north boundary of the Richard H. Crandall property;
thence following the northern and eastern boundaries of the
1.38 acre and 4.062 acre tracts of the Richard H. Crandall
property to the northern boundary of the James Parreco
property; thence by and with the northern and eastern lines
of the James Parreco property to the eastern corner of Ager
Road Elementary School property; thence southerly with
the eastern line of said school property to the northwestern
corner of the Jane A. Riggs property; thence easterly along
the northern line of said Riggs property to the boundary
line of the City of Hyattsville; thence southerly with said
Hyattsville boundary to a point 50 feet easterly of the center
line of Ager Road as now actually laid out; thence southerly
continuing with said Hyattsville boundary along a line par-
allel to and 50 feet easterly from the center line of Ager
Road to Queens Chapel Road; thence leaving the boundary
of the City of Hyattsville and continuing with the prolonga-
tion of said line parallel to and 50 feet easterly of the center
line of Ager Road to the boundary line of the Town of Mt.
Rainier at the center of Northwest Branch; thence by and
with said Mt. Rainier boundary line along the center line of
said branch and along the southerly line of Queens Chapel
Road and continuing with the Mt. Rainier boundary along
the southwesterly line of Offutt Lane, formerly the easterly
line of the property of M. O. Bull and still following the
Mt. Rainier boundary, along the northwestern right-of-way
of Arundel Road, formerly Grape Street, and the south-
