SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

CHAPTER 656.
(Senate Bill 394)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 731 and 732 of Article 11
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "State's
Attorney, relating to the compensation of the State's
Attorney of Frederick County.

WHEREAS, Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1945 prescribes
the salaries of the State's Attorneys of the several Coun-
ties, thereby making the above sections unnecessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 731 and 732 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "State's Attorney", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1947.

Approved April 25, 1947.

CHAPTER 657.
(Senate Bill 395)

AN ACT to repeal Section 393 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County", sub-title "State's Attorney",
said section relating to the compensation of the State's
Attorney of Queen Anne's County.
