License fees, as set forth herein, shall apply for one
day or more of operation each year and said license shall
expire on the 31st day of December after date of issuance.
Said fees shall be as follows:

(a) All outboard motorboats irrespective of length,
$3.00.

Inboard motorboats of less than 8 horsepower, $3.00.

(b) All inboard motorboats regardless of horsepower
up to and including twenty-two (22) feet in length, $5.00.

(c) All inboard motorboats from twenty-two (22) to
thirty (30) feet in length, $10.00.

No boat exceeding thirty (30) feet in length shall be
operated on said Lake. (Length shall be determined by
measuring the greatest over all length from stem to
stern.)

(d) Any boat carrying passengers for revenue must
obtain a commercial boat license. The license for said
boats shall be Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per annum,
Such craft shall be equipped by the operator or owner
with required life preservers and shall carry liability in-
surance satisfactory to the Commission.

(e) A commercial license costing Five Dollars ($5.00)
per annum per boat shall entitle persons to rent rowboats.

All boats, canoes, or rigs of any type which are used for
hire or any commercial purpose shall be inspected as pro-
vided by the Commission prior to being rented or placed
in commercial use. The Commission shall determine the
maximum capacity of the vessel and whether such vessel
is sea-worthy. The owner of said vessel shall then paint
said maximum capacity on a prominent place inside the
vessel.

All boats plying the waters of said Lake between sun-
set and sunrise shall carry a bright white light aft to
show all around the horizon. A combined lantern in the
forepart of the vessel and lower than the white aft light
showing green to starboard and red to port. An emergency
lantern or flashlight ready at hand showing a white light
which shall be exhibited in sufficient time to prevent col-
lision.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any boat
on said Lake in a reckless mariner or in such manner that
may endanger the person or property of others or to
come into any wharf or bathing shore in a reckless manner
or in a manner that may endanger persons or property
or water craft.
