I e) Dredging in County Waters. Any person violating
any of the provisions of Sec. 7 shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and subject to the penalties provided for the violations
of Sec. 6.

(f) Potomac River. Any person violating any of the
provisions of Sec. 8 shall be subject to the penalties prescribed
in said section.

(g) Oyster Packers and Dealers. Any person violating
any of the provisions of Sec. 9 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than Two
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense.

(h) Oyster Measures. Any person violating any of the
provisions of Section 10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, fined not less than Ten Dollars
($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and
stand committed to jail until such fine and costs are paid.

(i) State Oyster Culture. Any person violating the pro-
visions of Sub-sections (f) and (i) of Section 11 shall be
guilty of a. misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be
fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more
than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) or confined in jail not
less than 30 days nor more than six months, or both fined and
imprisoned in the discretion of the Court, and in addition to
such fine and/or imprisonment, or both, the cargo, if any,
shall be returned to the reserved areas under the supervision
of the Department of Tidewater Fisheries at the expense of
the violator.

(j) Private Oyster Culture. Any person violating any
of the provisions of Section 12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof, fined not less than Fifty Dollars
($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250.00), or in the discretion of the Court be imprisoned in
the county jail in which the offense occurred for not less than
three months nor more than one year, or both; and any boat
used in such violation shall be forfeited to the Depar'tment of
Tidewater Fisheries and shall not be released -until payment
of said fine against the owner is made.

(k) Oyster Taxes. The Department of Tidewater Fish-
eries, through the Attorney General of Maryland, may pro-
ceed to collect unpaid taxes on oysters provided for in Section
13, in the same manner as other unpaid taxes due the State
are collected; and in addition thereto the said Department
may seize and hold any boat, truck or other vehicle in which
said oysters were or are being transported until said taxes
are paid.
