along the Dorchester County line to its intersection with the
Somerset County line; thence northeasterly along the Dor-
chester County line to a point directly south of Prog Point
on Clay Island; thence northerly to Frog Point; thence clock-
wise along the shore to the most southwestrly point on Clay
Island; thence westerly to the most southern point of Bishops
Head; thence clockwise along the shore to Crab Point, the
point of beginning.

3. Somerset County Only—All the waters of Somerset
County except Pocomoke Sound and the Wicomico, Manokin,
and Big Annemessex Rivers, which rivers shall be defined as
follows:

Wicomico River: Easterly of a straight line drawn from the
former dwelling of Thomas Tiguer near Hains Point to the
most southwesterly point of Clay Island.

Manokin River: Landward or upstream of a straight line
joining South Point on Little Deals Island to Hazard Point
on the mainland.

Big Annemessex River: Easterly of a straight line from
Tenth Point to Porpoise Point; and for the purpose of this
section, Tenth Point shall be considered to be the easterly
point of the marsh at the entrance into a small creek shown
on published Chart No. 7 of the Oyster Survey of 1906 to 1912,
at a position of latitude 38 degrees, 2 minutes, 19.20 seconds
and longitude 75 degrees, 51 minutes, 39.47 seconds; and Por-
poise Point shall be considered to be the most westerly point
of the marsh westerly on the Triangulation Station Has.

4. Talbot County Only—The waters lying between a line
drawn from Lows Point to Bloody Point Lighthouse and a line
drawn from Wades Point to Second Kent or Long Point.

10. (a) Measures Used for Oysters in the Shell and Oyster
Shells. All oysters in the shell and all oyster shells sold in
this State shall be measured either in a half bushel tub, a
bushel tub, a bushel and a half tub or a three bushel tub, and
no measures shall be used for measuring either oysters in the
shell or oyster shells except an iron circular tub with straight
sides and a straight solid bottom, with holes in the bottom for
draining; such holes to be no larger, however, than one inch
in diameter; and all measurements to be taken from inside to
.inside; and the dimensions shall be as follows:

Half Bushel Tub—Fifteen inches across the tpp, thirteen
inches across the bottom and seventeen inches diagonally from
the inside chime to the top;

Bushel Tub—Sixteen and one-half inches across the bottom,
eighteen inches across the top and twenty-one inches diagonally
from the inside chime to the top;
