Patuxent River in common: tourers of Queen Anne's and Tal-
bot Counties may use the south branch of the Wye River and
the mouth thereof in common; tongers of Dorchester and Tal-
'bot Counties, and the Fourth Election District of Caroline
County, may use the Choptank River in common, except as re-
stricted in the following sub-section:

tin) Privileges of a Toiiging License—Season. A toug-
ing license shall authorize the holder thereof to take or
catch oysters by tongs or patent tongs from the first day of
September of the year in which such license may have been
obtained to the fifteenth day of April, inclusive, next succeed-
ing, with the following exceptions where the season for taking
oysters with tongs or patent tongs shall be as follows:

Patuxent River ...........September 15 to March ;',!,

inclusive.
Dorchester County,

except Choptank River....October 1 to April 15, inclusive.
Choptank River ........... September 1 to April 15, inclusive.

Upper Potomac River above

a line joining North Point

and Cedar Point.........October 1 to April 15, inclusive.

Lower Potomac River below

a line joining North Point

and Cedar Point..........Sept. 15 to April 15, inclusive.

Tributaries of the Potomac... October 1 to April 1, inclusive.
Somerset County ..........Sept. 15 to April 15, inclusive.

Rhode River ..............October 15 to April 15, inclusive.

West River ............... October 15 to April 15, inclusive.

Herring Bay ..............December 1 to April 15, inclusive.

Upper Nanticoke River above

a line joining Sandy Island

and Roaring Point.......October 1 to April 15, inclusive.

Wicomico County except

Upper Nanticoke River....Sept. 15 to April 15, inclusive.
Worcester County......... January 1 to December 31,

inclusive.

6. (a) Dredging License. Any person who shall employ
any boat in taking or catching oysters by dredge from the
waters of the Chesapeake Bay, as defined in this Article, shall
first obtain a Chesapeake Bay dredging license for such boat;
provided, however, that no such person shall be deemed to be
in default under the provisions of this sub-section until the
lapse of thirty days from the beginning of the season where
he shall take or catch such oysters.

(h) Privileges of a Chesapeake Bay Dredging License—
Locations. Any boat licensed to take or catch oysters by
