land, by deed dated February 7th, 1946, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore in Liber M. L. P.

127. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent
of Eighty-four Dollars ($84.00), reversionary interest in
the lot and improvements known as No. 2033 Rayner Ave-
nue in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Morris Har-
matz and Rebecca Harmatz, his wife, to Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Station
in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, by deed dated March 4th, 1946, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.
No. 6873, folio 565 &c.

128. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent
of Ninety Dollars ($90.00), reversionary interest in the
lot and improvements known as No. 5019 Wetheredsville
Road in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from G. Edward
Pritchard and Ruth H. Pritchard, his wife, to Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, by deed dated April 15th, 1946, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.
No. 6901, folio 214 &c.

129. To the grant and conveyance of two ground rents,
the first of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00), reversionary in-
terest in the lot and improvements known as No. 2267
Reisterstown Road, and the second of Eighty-four Dollars
($84.00), reversionary interest in the lot and improvements
known as No. 2304 Ruskin Avenue, both in Baltimore City,
State of Maryland, from Morris Harmatz et al. to Trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette
Street Station in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, by deed dated April 15th, 1946,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M. L. P. No. 6903, folio 62 &c.

130. To the grant and conveyance of two ground rents,
the first of Sixty-nine Dollars ($69.00), reversionary inter-
est in the lot and improvements known as No. 2113 E.
Chase Street, and the second of Eighty-four Dollars
($84.00), reversionary interest in the lot and improvements
known as No. 1645 McKean Avenue, both in Baltimore City,
State of Maryland, from Morris Harmatz and Rebecca Har-
matz, his wife, to Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
