122. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Ninety Dollars ($90.00), reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 4105 Norfolk Avenue in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from Adele Garbis and
Samuel Garbis to Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City of Balti-
more, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, by deed
dated May 11th, 1945, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6742, folio
515 &c.

123. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Ninety Dollars ($90.00), a reversionary interest in the lot
and improvements known as No. 5025 Wetheredsville Road
in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from G. Edward
Pritchard and Ruth H. Pritchard, his wife, to Trustees of
the Methodist Epsicopal Church of the Fayette Street Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State
of Maryland, by deed dated August 16th, 1945, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.
No. 6784, folio 311 &c.

of Ninety Dollars ($90.00), reversionary interest in the
lot and improvements known as No. 4511 Pimlico Road in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from James Gilleland
and Sara Gilleland, his wife, to Trustees of the Methodist

deed dated January 22nd, 1946, and recorded among the
