cords of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6903, folio

131. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
One Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($120.00), reversionary
interest in the lot and improvements known as No. 4405
Mainfield Avenue in Baltimore City, State of Maryland,
from Morris Harmatz and Rebecca Harmatz, his wife, to
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fay-
ette Street Station in the City of Baltimore, a body corpo-
rate of the State of Maryland, by deed dated June 8th, 1946.
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber M. L. P. No. 6935, folio 95 &c.

132. To the grant and conveyance of two ground rents,
the first of Ninety-six Dollars ($96.00), reversionary inter-
est in the lot and improvements known as No. 2609 Quan-
tico Avenue, and the second of Eighty-four Dollars
($84.00), reversionary interest in the lot and improvements
known as No. 1828 W. Mosher Street, both in Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, from Morris Harmatz and Rebecca
Harmatz, his wife, to Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the Fayette Street Station in the City of Balti-
more, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, by deed
dated October 2nd, 1946, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 7009, folio
317 &c.

133. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of J. Henry Strauss, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. 218, folio 385, viz:

(a) Community Fund of Baltimore, Incorpo-
rated.

(b) Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore

(c) The Sinai Hospital.

(d) The Johns Hopkins Hospital

(e) The Shearith Israel Congregation.

(f) The Beth Jacob School for Girls.

(g) The Baltimore Talmudical Academy,

(h) Neer Israel Yeshiva.
