tion of the State of Maryland, now located on Bloomsbury
Avenue, Catonsville, Baltimore County, Maryland, the sum
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), absolutely.

(d) To the President and Directors of the Gen-
eral German Aged People's Home of Baltimore City, now
located at No. 22 South Athol Avenue, Irvington, Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),
absolutely.

(e) To the Maryland Workshop for the Blind,
now located at No. 601 North Fulton Avenue, Baltimore,
Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),.
absolutely.

(f) To the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital and
Industrial School of Maryland for Crippled Children, now
located at No. 2130 Forest Park Avenue, Baltimore, Mary-
land, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), abso-
lutely.

(g) To the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and
Accepted Masons of Maryland, a Body Corporate, for the
Masonic Home, the sum of Fifty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Eighteen Cents
($53,337.18), absolutely, which represents all the rest, resi-
due and remainder of the Estate of Frederick W. Hoff-
man, late of Baltimore City, deceased.

120. To bequests contained the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Gustav F. Kleinert, late of Baltimore City, pro-
bated January 12, 1945, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills" Liber
J. H. B. No. 215, folio 230, as follows:

(1) Grace and Hope Mission on North Gay
Street, a body corporate, of Baltimore City, cash legacy
of $500.00.

(2) Helping Up Mission on Baltimore Street, a
body corporate, of Baltimore City, cash legacy of $500.00.

121. To the grant and conveyance of a ground rent of
Ninety-six Dollars ($96.00), reversionary interest in the
lot and improvements known as No. 346 Marydell Avenue
in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, from O. Mark Gold-
stein et al. to Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the Fayette Street Station in the City of Baltimore, a
body corporate of the State of Maryland, by deed dated
April 10th, 1945, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6728, folio 560 &c.
