115. To deed dated September 30, 1942, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5331, Folio 393, from The Hunting Ridge Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore City to The Fulton Avenue Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore City, conveying leasehold prop-
erty known as No. 2326 West Lanvale Street, Baltimore,
Maryland.

116. To deed Dated July 1, 1944, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6617,
folio 189, from Sophia Meyer, widow to The Fulton Avenue
Presbyterian Church of Baltimore, Maryland, conveying
reversion and annual ground rent of $75.00 in property
known as No. 2326 West Lanvale Street, Baltimore, Mary-
land.

117. To deed dated September 18, 1946, recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber R. J. S. No.
1499, folio 293, from Egidio DeFontes and Eda DeFontes,
his wife, to The Lochearn Presbyterian Church, conveying
two lots of ground therein described on the northeast side
of Liberty Heights Avenue, Lochearn, Baltimore, Mary-
land.

118. To deed dated January 14, 1947, recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber J. W. B.
No. 1530, folio 84, from The Presbyterian Association of
Baltimore City to The Lochearn Presbyterian Church, con-
veying two lots of ground therein described on the north-
west side of Patterson Avenue, Lochearn, Baltimore Coun-
ty, Maryland.

119. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Frederick W. Hoffman, deceased, dated Aug-
ust 7, 1941, and of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 216,
folio 174.

(a) To the Washington Lodge No. 3 of the
Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland, the sum
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) absolutely.

(b) To the Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat
Charity Hospital, now located at Nos. 1011-1017 East Balti-
more, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Dol-
