56. To the devise and bequest under the Will of Alice
L. Heird, deceased recorded in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 221,
folio 43 to the General German Aged People's Home of
Baltimore City of all the estate of the said deceased, in-
cluding fee simple property in Baltimore City and known
as No. 1620 Poplar Grove Street.

57. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
of Mervin M. Powers, deceased, taken from "Wills" Liber
J. H. B. No. 221, folio 483, one of the record books in the
Office of Register of Wills of Baltimore City:

(a) To St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore City the sum of $500.00.

(b) To Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Ac-
cepted Masons for the Masonic Home (Bonnie Blink) the
sum of $500.00.

58. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Leon W. Dauphin, recorded in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore County:

(a) 3/15 Inner Mission Society of the Evangel-
ical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Incor-
porated, 507 Park Avenue, Baltimore 1, Maryland.

(b) 4/15 to the President and Directors of the
General German Aged People's Home of Baltimore City,
22 Athol Avenue, Baltimore 27, Maryland.

(c) 3/15 General German Orphan Association of
the State of Maryland, Bloomsbury Avenue, Catonsville 28,
Maryland.

(d) 3/15 to Evangelical Lutheran Association of
the Augsburg Home for Orphans and Aged of Baltimore
City, Campfield Road, Baltimore 8, Maryland.

(e) 1/15 the Baltimore Branch of the Salvation
Army, 1601 W. Baltimore Street, Baltimore 23, Maryland.

(f) 1/15 the German Society of Maryland, 337
St. Paul Place, Baltimore 2, Maryland.

59. To the bequest of $1,000.00 under the Last Will and
Testament of Annie G. Lutz, who died in Baltimore City
June 26, 1944, "Wills" J. H. B. No. 214, folio 168, Estate
Docket No. 58, folio, 363, Administration Accounts J. H. B.
