Towson Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore County
and State of Maryland, a body corporate, dated March 11,
1946, and recorded among the Land Records of Blatimore
County in Liber R. J. S. No. 1443, folio 77, containing 0.48
Acre of land—Ninth Election District of Baltimore County.
51. To deed from Amelia T. Rudigier, unmarried, to The
Trustees of the Towson Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore County and State of Maryland, a body corporate,
dated April 8, 1946, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber R. J. S. No. 1448, folio 265,
conveying a lot of ground immediately to the south of the
present church structure fronting 93.8 ft. on the east side
of the York Turnpike with a depth of 100.2 ft., more or
less (irregular).
52. To deed from Emma J. Sillik, widow, to the Trus-
tees of Towson Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
County and State of Maryland, a body corporate, dated
March 10, 1947, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber J. W. B. No. 1546, folio 25, con-
veying a lot of ground immediately to the southeast of the
present church structure, fronting 83.16 feet on the north
side of McCurdy Avenue with a depth of 188.37 feet, more
or less (irregular).
53. To the bequest to the Govans Methodist Episcopal
Church, York, of $5,000.00 contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Mary Cranwell Trimble, recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in "Wills" Book
J. H. B. No. 216, folio 296.
54. To the grant and deed executed by Mathilde B.
Hooper to the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Incor-
porated and duly recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City on December 27, 1946, in Liber M. L. P. No.
7062, conveying the fee simple property known as No. 3911
Clover Hill Road in Baltimore City and more particularly
described in said deed.
55. To the grant and assignment executed by Janett M.
Sheridan to the Trustees of East Baltimore Station of the
Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City dated No-
vember 24, 1896, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1649, folio 303 conveying
the leasehold interest in property known as No. 1524 East
Biddle Street in Baltimore City.
