Testament of Louise Penning, who died in Baltimore City

61. To the gift of Western Maryland College, Westmin-
ster, Maryland, .and the Central M. P. Church, Grasonville,
Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testament of E.
Linwood Thomas, deceased, late of Queen Anne's County,
Maryland, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for Queen Anne's County in "Wills" Liber N. S. D. No. 1,
folio 398.
62. To a bequest in a $45,000 trust and an interest in the
remainder of the estate to the Associated Professors of
Loyola College in the City of Baltimore for the establish-
ment of a perpetual scholarship fund, the income to be used
for the education of deserving white men as may be selected
from time to time, contained in the Last Will and Testament
of John L. Bailey, deceased, late of Baltimore City, and re-
corded among the records of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more City.
63. To a bequest in the remainder of the estate to the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Dio-
cese of Maryland, the income to be used yearly by the
Bishop of Maryland for the aid of needy individuals, with
the request that it be used primarily for aged women, or
young widows with a young child or children, contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Camilla H. Corner, de-
ceased, late of Baltimore City, and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
"Wills" Liber J. H. B. 220, folio 539.
64. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Margaret Rennert Perkins, late of Balti-
more, said Will dated May 11th, 1944, and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City:
(a) To the Pastor of Saints Philip and James'
Church, Baltimore, Maryland, for masses, $250.00.
(b) To the Pastor of the Cathedral, Baltimore,
Maryland, for masses, $250.00.
(c) To St. Mary's Industrial School, Baltimore,
Maryland, $1,000.00.
(d) To St. Charles College, Catonsville, Maryland,
$1,000.00.
