man Avenue, to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in the
City of Baltimore.

corporated, of lease-hold property 1325 E. Biddle Street,
dated July 18, 1946, and recorded among the Land Receipts
of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6962, folio 482, etc.

47. To deed from John O. Novotny and Helen V.
Novotny, his wife, to Faith Baptist Church of Baltimore
City, Incorporated, of fee simple property 1512 N. Caroline
Street, dated October 31, 1946, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No.

48. To the deed from Helen Boyer, widow, to Faith
Baptist Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated, of 3.9
acres, more or less and improvement at Morris Hill, Anne
Arundel County, in fee simple, dated August 7, 1945, and
