mings; probated Dec. 27, 1946, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, folio 32, to wit:

(a) To the Tressler Orphans' Home, Loysville,
Pa., the sum of $100.00.

(b) To the treasury of St. Benjamin's Kriders
Lutheran Church, the sum of $100.00; interest therefrom
to be used towards the pastor's salary.

19. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of C. Sienna Simms, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 214, folio
406, viz:

Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore.

20. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Winfield S. Cahill, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 219, folio
121, viz:

Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the use of St. Cecilia's Church,

Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the use of St. Mary's Star of the Sea
Church.

21. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Michael J. Leech, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 217, folio
265, viz:

Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of
Baltimore.

22. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Philip Neri Correoso, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, and recorded in the office of the Register of
