24. To deed dated January 21, 1922, and recorded
among the Land Records of Howard County in Liber
H. B. N. No. 115, folio 126 from Vincent M. Kearns to Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, etc., a corporation sole.
25. To two deeds, the first dated April 6, 1945, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber R. J. S. No. 1385, folio 9 from Malcoln A. Neifeld
and wife; and the second dated April 6, 1945, and recorded
among said Land Records in Liber R. J. S. No. 1385, folio
8 from Title, Inc., a body corporate, both of said deeds
being to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore, etc., a corporation sole.
26. To bequests to Pastor of Corpus Christi Church,
Baltimore, The Redemptorists, St. Jude's Tabernacle So-
ciety, and Christ Child Society of Baltimore, Maryland,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Emily C.
Dugan, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in "Wills"
Liber J. H. B. No. 220, folio 62.
27. To conveyance from Nellie G. Keeney, et al, to the
Asbury Methodist Home for the Aged—Incorporated, dated
September 27, 1945, of the property known as 140 S. Clinton
Street.
28. To the bequest of one-half of the residue of estate
to the Christian Science Church, Baltimore, contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Louella B. Brooks, dated
April 22, 1946, and recorded among the records of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No.
221, folio 310.
29. To a deed dated May 11, 1943, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6455,
folio 290, from Gilbert I. Friedel and wife to the Italian
Christian Church of the property at Watson and High
Streets.
