(b) To Cassell Home for the Aged at Westmin-
ster, Carroll County, Maryland, the balance (net) of my
estate.

13. To bequest contained in the Will of Georgie Nizer;
probated March 19, 1946, and recorded in Liber J. W. G.
No. 16, folio 1, to wit:

(a) To Center Cemetery at Forest Hill Mary-
land, the sum of $25.00.

14. To bequest contained in the Will of Mollie E. Al-
baugh; probated Sept. 3, 1946, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, folio 16, to wit:

(a) To the Trustees of the Old Order German
Baptists or Dunkard Church of the Beaver Dam Congrega-
tion to be held in trust; the income derived to be used an-
nually in the upkeep of the Cemetery or Graveyard adjoin-
ing their Meeting House: "All the residue (net) of estate."

15. To bequest contained in the Will of Dora M. Cover;
probated Sept. 17, 1946, and recorded in Liber J. W. G.
No. 16, folio 18, to wit:

(a) To Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church,
located on Carroll Street in Westminster, Maryland; the
sum of $500.00.

16. To bequest contained in the Will of Laura B. Beas-
man; probated Nov. 16, 1946, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, folio 27, to wit:

(a) To the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church South, Freedom, Carroll County, Maryland, the
sum of $1,000.00, in trust, for upkeep of burial lot and
cemetery in which Capt. Joshua Beasman is interred.

(b) To the Trustees of Springfield Cemetery
Company (Presbyterian), near Sykesville, Carroll County,
Md., the sum of $1,000.00, in trust, for upkeep of burial
lot and cemetery in which Johnzie E. Beasman is interred.

17. To bequest contained in the Will of Howard E.
Leese; probated Nov. 26, 1946, and recorded in Liber
J. W. G. No. 16, folio 29, to wit:

(a) To Immanuel Lutheran Church, Manches-
ter, Maryland, the sum of $100.00.
