name or names, also every transfer of property by deed,
decree, will, descent or otherwise, and report the same fully
at least monthly to the County Commissioners. Said Trans-
fer Clerk shall also, as soon as practicable, after the last
of March of each and every year, audit the accounts of said
County Commissioners, the Treasurer of said county and
the Board of County Road Directors for said county for the
year preceding the last Monday in March and report the
same, together with a full statement of the financial condition
of the County Commissioners of Prince George's County to
said Commissioners, and the said report shall be published
in the newspaper having the county printing and be em-
braced in the annual contract for such printing. The said
Transfer Clerk shall also perform such other and further
duties as the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County may impose upon him.
Before entering upon the duties of his office said Transfer
Clerk shall take oath before any of said County Commis-
sioners that he will diligently, without partiality or preju-
dice, discharge the duties of his office, and he shall be en-
titled to a salary of not exceeding Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) a year, which salary shall be in full for
any and all services rendered by said Transfer Clerk.
SEC. 2. And 6e it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of July, 1947.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
52 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title
Crier and Bailiffs", increasing the compensation of the
Crier and Bailiffs of the Circuit Court of Worcester
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 52 of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester
County", sub-title "Crier and Bailiffs", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
