Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message, together with the bill en-
titled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Chapter
437, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Jan-
uary Session, 1874, and Chapter 405, of the Acts passed at
January Session, 1876, relating to the catching of oysters
with, scoop or scrape in the waters of Dorchester and Talbot
Counties, and we recede from amendment No. 2, as requested
by your Honorable Body.

Mr. Wilson submitted the following :

Ordered, That the Committee Clerks of the Senate, who
have served as such during the present session; for their ser-
vices after the adjournment of the Senate, in enrolling bills,
receive the same compensation as is allowed to members of
the Enrolling Committee, and the Chairman of the Commit-
tee on Claims, be, and he is hereby directed to issue his cer-
tificate to said clerks for such amount.
