Mr. Dennis from Committee on Judicial proceeding, re-
ported unfavorably

House bill entitled an Act to amend by adding additional
sections to the Act of 1861, Chapter 7, entitled an Act to
amend the 83rd Article of the Code Public General Laws, by
exempting a certain amount of property from executions, as
said Act was amended by the Act of 1870, Chapter 195.

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

On motion by Mr. Lee,

The Senate at 9.40 P. M. took a recess for a half hour.

second reading this day to said bill.
