On motion by Mr. Joyce,

The vote by which the Joint Resolutions, authorizing
Judicial Proceedings to give effect to the Electoral vote of
Maryland, was reconsidered by yeas and nays as follows :

The Resolution was then passed by yeas and nays as fol-

Said resolutions was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
