Section 1, line 1, after the word "that," insert "the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Talbot County are authorized to pay."

Strike out in line 2, the words "is hereby authorized to be
appropriated" and "pay."

Line 7, strike out the words "appropriated to pay," and
insert "paid by said County Commissioners to."

Line 31, strike out all of said section after the word "au-
thorized," and insert "to levy upon the taxable property of
said County, as other taxes are levied, a sum sufficient to
pay said sums."
