On motion by Mr. Gorman,
The vote by which said bill passed,
Was reconsidered.

On motion by Mr. Combs, of Allegany,
The vote by which the above amendment was adopted,
Was reconsidered.

Mr. Combs then withdrew said amendment.
Said bill was then passed by yeas and nays, as follows:

this day to House bill to authorize Mayor and Council of
Baltimore to subscribe to the Capital Stock of the Maryland
and Delaware Ship Canal Company, or to endorse the bonds
of said Company by yeas and nays as follows:
