Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 138, of the
acts passed at the January Session, 1874, Chapter 483, en-
titled an Act to repeal Article 81, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled "Revenue and
Taxes, " and re-enact the same with amendments, and to
amend and re-enact the said 138th Section.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners
of the Town of Salisbury, in Wicomico County, to appropriate
the sum of five hundred dollars out of the levy of 1878, to de-
fray the expense of purchasing a fire engine.

Mr. Wilson, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 160, of the
Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to encourage the killing of
Hawks, Big Owls, Foxes, and Weasels in the counties of
Charles and Calvert.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 54, of Article
16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " relating to the
annual salary of the Clerk to the County Commissioners and
re-enact the same with amendments.
