The Senate proceeded to the consideration of the third order
of the day, being the

House bill entitled an Act to legalize the revised Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, prepared by Louis Mayer,
Louis C. Fischer and L. D. Cross, and to subscribe for copies
of the same.

Which was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
