the Eastern Branch of the Potomac and its Tributaries, in
Prince George's County.

Mr. Dennis, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings, re-
ported favorably,

Eouse bill entitled an Act to regulate the tees of the State's
Attorney of Carroll County.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Section 5,
of Article 18, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Clerks of Courts," as re-enacted by an Act passed by the

General Assembly of Maryland, at January Session, of 1865,
