Miller, Ford and Lloyd.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's County to review and reassess
the property belonging to the vestry of Christ Church,
(Protestant Episcopal,) situated on Kent Island, the Fourth
Election District of said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Ford, Miller and Hepbron.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to the
Code of Public General Laws, Article 41, title "Fish and
Fisheries," aud to provide for the construction and mainte-
nance of fish-ways or fish-ladders over dams across the rivers
and streams of the State, where fish ascend to spawn.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1 and 7, of
the Acts of 1872, Chapter 36, entitled, an Act to add a new
Article to the Code of Public General Laws, regulating the
inspection of tobacco, and to re-enact Section 1, by abolish-
ing the office of Supervisor.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Agriculture.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Baltimore City to purchase the right
to use the Campbell System of Indexing in the Clerk's office
of said Court for the Land Records of said city.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.
