and proper ventilation of coal mines in Allegany and Garrett

for said mines, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

the Second, Third, Fifth and Sixth Election Districts, of
Queen Anne's County, to determine by ballot whether spirit-
uous or fermented liquors shall be sold in any of said dis-
tricts, or a license granted for the sale of the same.
