Mr. Combs, of Allegany, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Allegany County to exchange a certain portion
of the land belonging to said county, known as the "Alma-
house Farm," and to receive in exchange therefor another
piece of land from Wm. T. Mullen, and to receive and hold
said land so exchanged.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Hill, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2, 3 and 6, of
an Act passed 1876, entitled an Act for the protection of
birds in Prince George's and Anne Arundel Counties, and to
re-enact Sections 2 and 3 with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Welfley, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 1, of Chapter
176, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to grant donations to
Garrett County for the use of academies and schools, and to
amend and re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

Which was read the first time.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane, it was

Ordered, That the Senator from Dorchester have leave to
withdraw from the files the Senate bill entitled an Act for the
relief of Ambrose A. Wilson, of Dorchester County.

Mr. Sulivane, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the shooting of wild
fowl from sink boats and floating blinds within two miles
west, south or east, of the shore of that part of Hooper's
Island south of the lower ferry, known as Lower Hooper's
Island Ferry.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Freeman, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County to provide station houses or
lock-ups in portions of the county adjacent to the City of
Baltimore.
