Public General Laws, title "Wild Fowl," passed at January
Session, 1872, Chapter 54, and to re-enact the same with
amendments; and also to repeal Section 21, of the same Ar-
ticle, as repealed and re-enacted by Act passed at January
Session, 1876, Chapter 169, and to re-enact the same also
with amendment.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1 and 2, of
the Acts of January Session 1872, Chapter 198, entitled an
Act for the protection of, and to regulate the time and man-
ner of catching and taking fish and terrapins in that portion
of the Potomac river between Maryland Point, in Charles
County, and Chisildines Island, in St. Mary's County, and to
re-enact the same with amendments, and to add additional
sections thereto.

Mr. Dennis, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the waters of
Somerset County.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Somerset County to have a bridge built across
the Annamessex river.

Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to lay out and establish a new
election district in Frederick County, out of portions of Fred-
erick District, No. 2, and Creagerstown District, No. 4, to be
called Lewistown District, or Election District No. 20.

Mr. Bannon, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 194, of Article
2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Sheriff."

With the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend Section 1, line 8, by striking out the words,
"another section in lieu," and insert "the same with amend-
ments."
