Said bill being upon its third reading,
Mr. Lloyd submitted the following amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 3, line 6, strike, ont the word "two" and insert
in lieu thereof the word "three."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays, as follows :

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Agricultural
and Mechanical Association of Wicomico County,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Sections
1, 2 and 9, of Chapter 150, one of the Acts of the General
Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1865, entitled an
Act to incorporate the town of Newtown,in Worcester County,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
