Public General Laws of Maryland, prepared by Louis May-
er, Louis C. Fischer and L. D. Cross, and to subscribe for

copies of the same.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed Janu-
ary Session, 1876, Chapter 48, entitled an Act to regulate
the closing of roads in Prince George's County, and to enact

the following instead thereof,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

as amended by Chapter 129, of the Acts of 1867, entitled an
Act to repeal Sections 94, 95 and 97, of Article 19, of the
Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County," sub-title
"Oysters." and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Lloyd,
The vote by which

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners for Talbot County to purchase Miles' Eiver Bridge,
and to make the same a free bridge, was passed,

Was reconsidered.
