to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Tes-
tamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court."

Endorsed; "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on,
the Judiciary, and the report adopted.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 49 and 50, of
Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "St.
Mary's County," sub-title "Leonardtown," and re.-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators.
Combs, of St. Mary's, Wilson and Lancaster.

Also, returned

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Kent County to determine by ballot whether spirituous or
fermented liquors shall be sold in said county, or in any
election district thereof, or a license granted for the sale of
the same.

Endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed,
amendments:"

Sec. 1, strike out the word "General" wherever it may
occur, and insert "Congressional," also strike out the words-
" eighteen hundred and seventy-nine," and insert the words
"eighteen hundred and seventy-eight."

and eighty," and insert the words "May, eighteen hundred
and seventy-nine."

Sec. 3, strike ont the words "January, eighteen hundred
and eighty," and insert the words "May, eighteen hundred
and seventy-nine."
