AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

1st. Insert after the word "kind," in 6th line of sub-Sec-
tion A, the words "in lieu of money of said Company or As-
sociation borrowing therefrom."

2nd. In same section, line 7, strike out the word "thereof
or borrowed therefrom in lieu of money."

3rd. In line 8, of same section, after the word "Association,"

strike out the words "to or for the use or benefit of any
member or borrower in lieu of money," and insert the words
"contrary to the provisions of this section."

son" in the last line, the word "insured."
