Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit Life Insurance Com-
panies from contesting the payment of losses on policies,
after having received premiums thereon for two years,

Section 1, line 10, after the words "for insurance," insert
"provided said representations upon his application were
bona fide made by the assured under an honest belief as to
their truth."
