Leave was granted to the Committee on Finance to intro-
duce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal Section 88, of Arti-
cle 26, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Corpo-
rations," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion by Mr. Dennis,

Leave was granted to Senators Dennis, Humphreys and
Franklin to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments the 19th Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County," sub-title "Oys-
ters," as amended by Chapter 129, of the Acts of Assembly
of this State, passed at the January Session, 1867.

On motion by Mr. Sulivane,

Leave was granted to Senators Sulivane, Humphreys and
Steiner to introduce a bill to be entitled an Act to incorporate
the Hunting Creek Wharf Company of Dorchester County.
