the words "one dollar for" and insert the word "and."

strike out all after the word "cents." Add to end of Sec-
tion 2, "to be collected as fines, penalties and forfeitures are
collected under Article 40, Section 1, of the Code of Public
General Laws."

Strike out Section 3.

In Section 4, line 2, insert the words "Justice of the
Peace," in lieu of the word "Magistrate."

Section 4, line 2, strike out all after the word "named."

Section 5, line 1, insert the word "shall," after the word
"Act."

Section 7, line 2, strike out the word "Magistrate," and
insert in lieu thereof, the words "Justice of the Peace."

Section 9, line 1, strike out the word "Magistrate," and
insert in lieu thereof, the word ''Justice of the Peace."

Section 9, line 2, after the word "stock," insert the word
"or."

Same section, same line, strike out the word "enabling,"
and insert the word "aiding."

Same Section, line 3, after the word "be," strike out to
end of line.

Same section, line 4, after the word "fine," insert the
word "of."

Same section, same line, strike out all after the word
"not," to the end of line 5, and insert the words "more
than five dollars, to be collected as other fines are collected
under this Act, or imprisoned in the county jail for a term
not exceeding seven days."
