ported favorably the following bills :
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact Sections
1, 2 and 9, of Chapter 150, one of the Acts of the General
Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1865, entitled an
Act to incorporate the town of Newtown, in Worcester
County.
House bill entitled an Act to add a sub-section to Section
7, Chapter 52, of an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the
Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, passed at the
January extra Session, 1866.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 429, of the
Acts passed at the January Session, 1874, entitled an Act to
incorporate a company to construct a turnpike road from Hag-
erstown, in Washington County, to the town of Sharpsburg,
passed at the January Session, 1853, Chapter 129, and to
re-enact the said section with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate a Company to
make a turnpike road from Unionville, in Frederick County,
to intersect the Union Bridge Turnpike Road, at or near the
dwelling house of David Wolf in same county.
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Havre de Grace, in Harford County, by the name of the City
of Havre de Grace.

Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act en-
titled an Act to incorporate The Isabella Gas Works of
Frederick City, passed at the January Session, 1853, Chapter
234, and also an Act supplementary to an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate The Isabella Gas Works of Frederick
City, passed at the January Session, 1862, Chapter 69.
